November 2024: Announcement of Search Firm and Search Committee

Dear Members of the Villanova Preparatory School community,

We have been blessed with a great start to the academic year!
‍
As many are already aware, we are in the process of identifying and recruiting a President for
Villanova Prep. Today, we are excited to share some important updates with you.
First, we have retained the leading national recruitment firm of Carney, Sandoe & Associates to
guide Villanova Prep through the search process. The consultants working with us are Barbara
Daush and Mike Truesdell. Together, they bring a wealth of experience leading executive
searches and a strong network of connections throughout Catholic schools, given their work as
Presidents themselves. We've been impressed with their enthusiasm and understanding of our
school culture and community. They are eagerly partnering with us. Barbara and Mike just
visited campus to meet with students, parents, faculty, administrators and the Search
Committee.

We are pleased to share with you that we have assembled a stellar Search Committee of ten
that includes Augustinians, Members of the Board of Directors, Alumni, Parents, and faculty
members that will consider all the information collected in this process as it prayerfully makes its
consideration.
