As a Catholic school in the Augustinian tradition, Villanova’s mission is to graduate mature young adults of diverse backgrounds who express to the world the qualities of love, truth and unity. These students should think, judge, and act in ways that are sound and in keeping with the teachings of Jesus Christ. We do this by providing a challenging, Catholic, college preparatory environment that promotes the development of mind and heart.

**WORLD EDUCATION SERVICES (W.E.S.)
As part of the admission process at Villanova Preparatory School, we require the translation of international transcripts (non-United States schools) be completed by an impartial outside agency. The agency which evaluates transcripts for Villanova is World Education Services (WES), an international academic credential evaluation service. Word Education Services (WES) can be contacted by calling (212) 966-6311 or by visiting their website at: www.wes.org/instructions
Villanova uses the transcript evaluation to validate the transcript(s), to give Villanova a thorough understanding of the courses listed on the transcript(s), to assist Villanova in accurate grade level placement of the student, and to assist the student in his/her university placement, by presenting the university with a validated transcript.
The cost of the evaluation is $100 (USD) paid directly to WES. It takes WES seven (7) working days to return the evaluation, from the time they receive the documents, so please take this into consideration when applying to Villanova, or expecting an admission decision from Villanova.
Please call or email the Admission Office with any questions about the W.E.S. evaluation.
